The product packaging and the box it came in were all intact. However, everytime I try to squeeze some cream out, a lotttt of water-like fluid falls out from the tube and the cream doesn't really come out. I read many reviews online and on YouTube about how to fix it by massaging the tube but it didn't work for me. Since I threw the product box away I don't know if I can even return this! It's very unfortunate. I do not recommend anyone to buy this cream online. I think if someone wants this they should buy it in person from a store where they can open it and ensure that the cream mixture is blended well and not leaky like mine. This problem seems to be quite common. Be aware.

I had a lot of bluish water coming out of the tube when I opened it. Is that normal?

I received a defective product. When I opened it, liquid immediately leaked out and nearly half the bottle emptied before I could even use it. The remaining cream has a curdled, separated texture and is clearly not safe to apply to my face. This is extremely disappointing and completely unusable. I have already discarded the outer box, but the product itself is clearly faulty.

I should have taken many of this products reviews seriously but thought I would give it a shot. I had a chemical peel 8 days ago, and the medi spa who performed my peel highly recommended this cream. I was hesitant by not only the reviews but also the price. I decided to order it instead. The product came in 2 days and I was so excited to begin using it. After opening it, the tube began spewing liquid without the cream. I shook the tube and squeezed it back and forth with the cap on and still, the liquid would not combine with the cream. The cream can still be used, but after smearing a sparingly sized amount of cream upon my face, my husband looked at me and said, "wow, your face is all white." Whether this outcome is normal or not, I don't quite know. I have contacted Amazon and requested a refund and replacement. I am willing to give this product a second try in hopes my tube was just a fluke. Update: I was given a new tube and decided to give it another try. I squeezed a majority of the water out, put the cap back on, and placed the tube inside a jar filled with hot water. I let the tube sit in the hot water overnight. The next morning I opened the cap and the cream had mixed perfectly! I now use it nightly mixed with a small amount of retinol cream and it is the best. I still feel it might be too greasy for Daytime wear or humid climates but it is fantastic for the use of a night cream! I will be ordering it again!

(Das hier ist nur meine Erfahrung, ich bin kein Hautexperte und jede Haut ist anders.) Hab mir die Hautbarriere mit zu viel Vitamin B12 komplett zerstört. Vier Monate bis ich's rausgefunden hatte. Zwei Monate anschließend sämtliche Cremes probiert. Bestimmt 100€+ ausgegeben. Nichts hat geholfen. Dann hab ich gemerkt, dass das Avene Milky Gel ganz gut hilft und dachte ich schaue ob Avene nicht auch eine Creme für die Hautbarriere hat. War erst am zögern, vorherige Cremes mit Zink haben zwar erst geholfen aber dann doch ausgetrocknet. Hab die hier dann aber doch bestellt und wie versprochen, nach 48h jeweils morgens und abends anwenden ist der schlimmste rote Fleck am besser werden, die Haut fühlt sich sogar an wie der Rest der Haut. Vorher hab ich da immer einen furztrockenen runden Kreis auf der Backe gehabt. Ich hab also jetzt morgens und abends jeweils die hier drauf und anschließend das Milky Gel. Und es heilt 🥹🩷

هذي ثاني مرة اشتريه المرة الاولى شويته من صيدلية والمرة الثانية من امازون السعر ارخص بأمازون انا بشرتي مرة حساسة وتتحسس من كل شي استخدمت مرطبات حق البشرة الحساسة وتحسست هذا الرحيد الي كان كويس معاي هو يعتبر كريم مرطب لحاجز البشرة كمية بسيطة مثل حبة الفاصولياء مرة كافية مرة ساعد يرجع حاجز بشرتي لصحته ف احس لازم يكون عندي دائماً للاحتياط يعطي طبقة بيضاء بسيطة بسسب انه يحتوي على زنك لكن الطبقة بالنسبة لي ما هي مزعجة ممكن لان لون بشرتي حنطية ف ما احس واضحة مرة وتخف بعد خمس دقايق من الوضع بس تبقى موجودة بنسبة بسيطة المريم قوامه ثقيل ف انصح انكم تفركونه بأيدكم بعدين توزعونه على بشرتكم بشرتي معرضة لحب الشباب وما طلعلي اي حبة بالعكس بعد ما صلح حاجز البشرة حقتي خفت الحبوب عندي مرة قوامه ثقيل لكنه مو ثقيل على البشرة راح تحسون برجوده لكنه مو مزعج بالحر او الرطوبة ترطيبه رائع احب استخدمه تحت الميكب يرطب كويس يخلي الميكب مرتب ويهدي البشرة مرة ويقعد فترة طويلة معاكم لانكم تحتاجون تستخدمون كمية بسيطة بس سعره بالصيدلية الفرنسية مرة ارخص ف لو تبون تطلبون كميات كبيرة انصحكم تطلبون من هناك بشكل عام مرطب رائع بشرتي مختلطة تميل الى الجفاف بالشتاء وبالصيف تميل الى الدهنية ما جربته بالشتاء اذا كان ترطيبه كافي لكنه بشكل عام رائع وانصح فيه تقييمي له ١٠/١٠
