The Complete Bike Owner's Manual: Repair and Maintenance in Simple Steps

This is old used book. LOTS OF SCRATCHES AND STAINS. Having some FOOD type stains backside. And somebody wrote 2 number on backside with pencil. Totally used.

Bought this for my teenage son so he could service his bikes . It's an excellent book , well written , illustrated superbly and easy to follow . Covers everything you need . I've used it too for reference or reasurance before undoing something the wrong way ! Great book . Highly recommended :) .

Received the physical book and quite pleased with it in terms of value for money and providing CGI illustrations which allow it to zoom right in to show the thing that you're supposed to look at instead of a Youtube video/photo trying to show you something with their hands in the way or the image quality is too bright/dark. I've only flicked through the content but it seems great for beginners like me who don't want to be overloaded with confusing technical terms & too much dry wording. I like the planner & troubleshooting section as quite often I'll encounter some weird sound but I don't know how to fix it or what's causing it. The book itself feels solid, quite big but not too big & the pages are fully coloured and glossy and the guides are easy to understand at a glance with workshop tips and a list of tools that you will need for each task. If there's one drawback its that its not meant for people that require advanced knowledge, the Park Tool Big Blue Book would satisfy for those people and may be my next purchase as a companion set. I've owned a bicycle for years and usually paid someone to fix it for me because I couldn't be bothered nor did I have a useful guide until now.
