The item quality is very bad.. the sound is too high and not clear, the material of the toy is bad... I do not recommend this product at all.

Good For fun not for learning
My 4 year old son finally left my real laptop alone and he is enjoying his own laptop now. Good for having fun Good for Learning actual keyboards letters/numbers needs 3 medium size Batteries (not included) It turns off automaticly when the kid is not using it which is good feature to save battery. It has small very old screen The sound can be improved to be more clear
