Absolutely beautiful sketchbook! I've been looking for a new one in AUS with thick pages - the paper is very flat with no grit, so great for sketching and drawing, I'll update when I break out the Charcoals. Minor warping with messy beach watercolours. And my only warning would be that they are heavy - I had thought to use the smaller one as a travel journal, but she'll be a heavy journal (very sturdy though), and love the elastics to keep it closed! And the vellum page guard? Brilliant.Overall thoroughly pleased with these sketchbooks!! They're a joy to draw on and so glad I went with them.

I purchased these pads for my acrylic markers and I am very happy with the results so far. Just finished my first page and no bleed through with acrylic markers, which means I can use the back side of the sheet too. Minimal paper warping as well which helps with wanting to use the back side. These books are heavy, and well constructed with a nice smooth paper texture which helps to not destroy my marker nibs. Can’t wait to try my alcohol markers on them next, but those expect to bleed through.

This art book by Ohuhu is so beautiful that it looks like an enormous diary from the top.Why you should consider buying:1. The thickness of the paper is very good, 200gsm is considered premium in the art world and can be way more expensive than what you get3. It is somewhat pricey but at least it’s below 1k (from when I bought this)2. The texture of the paper is so smooth and the cover of this art book also has a lovely texture, for good grip I guess?3. Alcohol markers will bleed through this, so they’ve gives a transparent wobbly pad for you to make each piece beautifullyCons:As I mentioned above, specific medium of art supplies will bleed through the paper so if you don’t use the art pad then you will end up ruining the next page. So make sure you use the wobbly padIf you’re someone like me, who loves to make art, I’d suggest you go for this brand because Ohuhu is considered as one of those great quality brands for art supplies. They give you a thank you card and it makes you feel assured. It’s a Hawaiian based brand, so this is a big win.
