Cut shirts, jeans, sheets, etc into sections of 100 sq. in. or smaller. This will permit a tight pack. I used a baseball bat to ram the small wads into the legs and arms. Pack it tight. After a while the fabric will shift and pack more in places. Ram arms & legs again. And pack back & head with more remnants. I used various sizes. 2 x 20, 5 x 20, 10 x 10. Ripped down the seams when possible. Started a cut with scissors and tore the rest by hand. Wad up like a paper wad and stuff tight.

Which parts have bendable joints after filling?

All joints are bendable. However, limbs were hard to fill. Maybe that’s whey they were so bendable. Limbs were too narrow to fill the hands and feet.

How do i flexe the dummy into a standing position ??

I don't think you can. It's in a down position. You'd have to fill it with something rigid to do that, which would limit it being used as a wrestling dummy.
