I bought complete tent kit and only received the tent? What can i do?

I'd get in touch with Amazon. Mine came complete as ordered.

Am i supplying air to the tent or exhausting from it?

Exhausting from the tent is what you want to do. I put my system(fan and carbon filter) up high in the back of the tent and run the foil vent hose out the side and I run mine outside my house.

What kind of light is it and how many? What's the size and wattage?

2 t5 fixtures and lights. 1 led 1000w light

I need it to be flipped with the smaller side on the right side is there a different model like this
