I have purchased 3 of these for my children and we love how easy they are to paint on, good quality ceramic that doesn’t break under the rough handling of kids. They are a great price as well and often go on sale, highly recommended.

This is a really nice quality ceramic stepping stone paint kit. It comes with 6 individual paint colors, the brush and thick ceramic stone. I was surprised by how heavy the stone was. It’s hallow in the middle as most ceramic things are but the whole back is enclosed. I was happy with the quality/value for the price until I opened the paint and found the pink completely dried up and unusable which is the reason for the 3 star rating. I ordered the kit and received it within the past week so it’s not like I’ve had it sitting in storage for months waiting to use it. This was a Christmas gift for my toddler and she already had her mind made up that she wanted to paint it right away after opening her presents so I couldn’t really return it or request a replacement. The other 5 paint colors were fine but the blue was noticeably thicker than the rest and had to be mixed up so I’m assuming it was likely on its way to drying up as well. In the future I will make sure I have extra paint on hand before attempting to start one of these kits to avoid the potential frustration if the paint is dried up.
