I added these to my daily supplement/vitamin regimen almost a week ago now and they seem to have been the piece that I was missing. I tried taking an array of supplements recommended by my doctor’s office, but they didn’t seem to help. I’ve been taking these with the My Brain! supplements, turmeric supplement, and an ashwagandha one for stress. This cocktail has seemed to help me a lot so far. I’m only doing 4 stars for now because I want to give it some time to see if it keeps working.

I have suffered from headaches and migraines for over 20 years. None of the popular prescriptions for migraines works 100% of the time, and none not work for very long. Migraine Relief has really surprised me. I have taken most of the same ingredients contained in Migraine Relief separately with no results. Yet I take Migraine Relief and get relief within 30 minutes. The relief is almost 100%. Still a major feat as far as I am concerned. For me the relief is not all day, more like 6-8 hours. Yes I do take a second dose (a no-no I guess) when needed, and no I don’t have any side affects, and yes it does work for the rest of the day. I have used it for 3 weeks and I am thus far satisfied.
