This is quality for the price. It came with with extra parts that wear out over time and all the components are heavy duty.

Ear tips are soft and seal well, though they may need occasional adjustment for a perfect fit. My only minor gripe is that it’s not quite as refined or sensitive as higher-end models, especially in noisy environments—but for the cost, that’s understandable. Overall, a dependable tool for nurses, doctors, EMTs, or students. Great value, just not quite premium-tier. Would definitely recommend as a backup or starter scope.

I just did not like it. It hurts ears too much. Maybe I’m a sissy or something, but I’ve bought them before in the same thing not the same brand but it hurt my ears so I don’t even use them. They hurt so much.

Parece mentira que este estetoscopio tenga una calidad de sonido mejor que otros de marcas conocidas, despues de comprar uno para la consulta, compre otro para llevar en el maletin, pues inicialmente compre este barato para tomar tensiones, pues se me rompen todos.Debido a la claridad y lo bien que se escucha ahora lo uso a diario en consulta.Debe ser por el sistema de transmision del sonido.Comprad uno pues vais a quedar asombrados con lo bien que transmiten los sonidos.Como pega , pues que aprieta un poco en el conducto auditivo ,tendria que tener una goma de proteccion de mejor calidad,mas blanda.Relaccion calidad prcio insuperable.

Excellent bit of kit

Don’t pay attention to the negative - they don’t know what they’re talking about. Yeah ok one side didn’t operate exactly as well as the other ear, however, for this price I would expect it to be slightly underperforming. And with regards to what was audible: these are really good, clear and do exactly what they’re supposed to! Now I dunno if a radiologist trying to hear gamma waves would agree hahaha but for the average joe they couldn’t be better. And 9 bucks!! Come on!

Surprisingly effective low price stethoscope, wide bore dual tubes resulting in a clear sound comparable to vastly more expensive products. The head is easily modified, but personally I like the versatility of the large/small diaphragm configuration rather than a bell/diaphragm.
