Is there a hub for these to control all of them if i were to have 3?

no you would use either a fan splitter or three fan headers on motherboard as all three fans are on one fan cable

Can i control fan speed via software or bios instead of the supplied remote control? can i see exact speed of fan by pwm wired from controller to mb

I have and ASUS z490 motherboard and it can't control the fan but it can monitor it. But the asus uefi bios utility software can control it from windows 10 Pro.
