This stuff is amazing! So I work outside and live in Texas. When I'm not working, I'm usually tinkering in the garage or out doing trackdays at my local racetrack. I used to dilute Gatorade throughout the day but still couldn't shake myself of feeling this almost acid reflux sorta feeling. I have no idea why. This stuff is truly amazing! I mix one packet in 20oz. of water and drink one mid every shift. I feel great, I'm peeing as I think I'm finally absorbing the water I'm drinking and don't feel bloated. I feel freaking great! I heard of this product from one of my friends who vouches for this product. I didn't believe him at first but I drank one everytime I came over. I just ordered my first box last week and am very happy with Boost

I get terrible headaches and migraines - I am on prescription medication and am seeing a neurologist regularly. A friend recommended this product to drink when I feel a headache or migraine coming on. I drink 2 bottles at the onset of a headache or migraine and immediately feel relief. I drink water regularly, but apparently am not getting what I need on my own. I am not a doctor (obviously), this does not cure headaches or migraines, but it definitely assists me during an episode and has helped to prevent a migraine episode.I'm only giving it four stars because it was horribly packaged. Every time I receive a damaged package from Amazon they don't give me the option - the "How'd we do?" option (the delivery notification with a photo of my perfect package at my doorstep) to leave a review of delivery. Interesting. When I opened the bag (white packaging), the box of Boost was completely busted open and can't be reassembled.

I recently took a trip to Belize where I operated my Ham Radio around the world and was on a hot, sunny beach where I simply could not drink enough water to replenish the critical electrolytes my body needs to operate efficiently. By adding a packet of BOOST Hydrate to an ice cold bottle of water, I was almost instantly refreshed but more importantly the much needed electrolytes in BOOST helped me retain the ability to continue operating my radio in the warm sun on the beach far away from anywhere! It was like bringing my own survival package and kept me from losing the valuable elements my body needed to stay healthy, safe and enjoy my trip away from civilization!I took a chance (based on the description) that this would provide a much needed source of electrolytes in a third world country far away from doctors and hospitals and it worked! I actually already ordered another box for my next trip before even using up the first box I purchased. I highly recommend BOOST!

This is a great workout supplement, the taste is the biggest selling point for me. I normally take this post workout and it makes a big difference in my energy levels. I have also tried some of the tablets offered by other companies but these work much better in my opinion. Boost electrolytes will be with me in my saddle bag along with PJ for my hotter than hell bicycle race in Wichita Falls, Texas.

I like this soooo much more than Pedialyte! The flavor is much better, than Pedialyte and a much less salty taste. I drink mine over ice.I've been experiencing some health issues and a friend recommended this to me, so very grateful, it's helped tremendously. I drink one if not two on a daily basis 💕And is costs less than Pedialyte!!!!!
