I am 5'9" and am wondering how long the medium is?

Small is approx 66-70" long. I suggest altering where gored flounce starts at bottom (47" from back of neck to beginning of flounce). Can also just cut bottom but give yourself time.

I'm 5'8 and about 180lbs what size would you recommend?

Small is approx 66-70" long. From armpit to armpit, it's 18". The slit begins about 19" from under the bust. Although the fabric is stretchy, I would maybe order a large so it doesn't appear thin if it stretches. I ordered a small: I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs. It fits me well, but like others have said, it's long. I'm wearing mine with very high platforms. If necessary, I suggest altering the length where gored flounce starts at bottom (47" from back of neck to beginning of flounce). You can also just cut bottom, but give yourself time. If you need to take it in, there are lots of options. It's a nice costume!

If I order it today can i recieve it by oct 28? I really wamt this dress.

I'm not sure if this response will help you at this point, but I also received mine more than a week earlier than promised.

I'm 5'9 and 140lbs. My measurements look as though they'd fit the small the best but I'm wondering if it will still be long enough?

At 5'9, it may be a couple inches short at a size small. I am 5'1 and wore 3 inch heels and it fit perfect at a small in size and length.
