This mat keeps moisture away from the bottom of the tent effectively.

As a novice camper I assumed you slept in the tent and that was it! But I was informed that I needed ground cover both below the tent and in front of it. This worked great! I never got wet from dew!

This works well for what I use it for. I needed a ground cloth to pack along with me on bike rides, hikes, etc., and this fit the bill perfectly. Relatively light and compact, yet spreads out to a good size so I can lay out for a picnic or nap.

It's a great ground sheet. And it's actually the size I needed. The stitching seems sturdy. And it could be used as a tarp to protect you from the elements.

Folds small. Great for backpacking.

Got it on sale for pretty cheap and no issues. Fits the tent that intend to use it with perfectly. Overall great product!

I bought this tarp to have a smaller option than my DD 3x3 tarp without needing to break the bank. It seems to be very durable though i have not yet found myself needing it in any extremes. It's just a day hike back up shelter tarp for me really. It would make a good ground sheet. I was going to give it 4 stars as it could use more tie out points and perhaps being closer to a square but I'm not going to hold that against it as I knew this before buying. If you don't need the full range of options that a squared tarp with all the necessary tie out points would give then I can recommend this tarp. It doesn't get much use with me but I do always take it in case and I've tested it enough to know I trust it.
