This is a wonderful product, and I will surely get it again. I only started using resistant starch flours a few months ago, and I like this brand very much.

I’m sure this is okay but I have mild gastritis and it burned my stomach like mad.

A good tasting green banana flour and one that is easy to mix into anything or sprinkle over a bowl of cereal in the mornings.Stirred some into a dish of applesauce with a dash of cinnamon for a nice fruit side dish. We started out using only a 1/2 tsp serving, as suggested. We are now up to the 1 TBS serving a day with no additional gas or any gastric upset!!

I like this flour because it's gluten free and wheat free; it doesn't taste anything like bananas, to me it has a slightly nutty flavor...I use it before using arrowroot or tapioca flours...it's also great mixed with arrowroot flour...good texture- similar to wheat flour.
