I purchased many products from NOW Foods (both the regular and the Sports line) and I'm always satisfied by the quality.As a small athletic female (5'5'', 110-120lbs) I can only take 1 capsule before a really hard workout or a long run. This stuff is strong enough to give me a big rush in just 15-20 minutes. I can really feel the jitters and rush; if it's not an intense enough workout I definitely get some skull pressure from the rush going to my head instead of the muscles (and I noticed in reviews many mentioned headaches). The effects last for 1-1.5 hours, with the tingling getting less noticeable as I workout.The tingling doesn't subsides once I take it over a long period, I just got used to it. It's not uncomfortable or bad, just strange, especially if you are not used to taking similar supplements.Maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but I feel like 3 capsules would kill me; so I highly recommend starting with a low dosage and increasing it only if you feel safe (especially if you are a small person like me).Personally I found that taking it along theanine helps keeping the rush, jitters and tingling down.
