are they off color, like the picture? Or are they the real colors?

They seemed good to me. I ordered them for my son and he was happy with them. They were a little smaller than expected but color seemed fine

Are all the stickers times 2 so it can match on both sides of the bike or do I need to order 2 sheets?

There are 2 sheets of the different styles in per one package so just only one order is okay.

about how big is one sticker?

Not big at all biggest one is about a dollar bill
