**Q: Is it tarnish resistant?**
A: Yep, but need to be polished after wrapping.

**Q: is the gauge correct to make a standar ring? thanks**
A: We are using American wire gauge (AWG)

**Q: Can this be fused with a torch?**
A: Yes…..but would NOT use on real gold as the filling in gold filled wires is usually copper/zinc/nickel & will contaminate your real gold pieces&make them tarnish.If that doesn’t matter to you…your good to go….just remember to clean your pieces (pickle if it’s real gold or silver) and flux!!! Without either of those….you’d be very lucky to get it to work

A: Normally 14K gold plated over copper or brass.
