Returning it right now...
It's raw wood, no protective coating, varnish or anything. Minimum efforts... As soon as it rains, the wood will be swollen. I assembled it anyways to see whether it was at least sturdy. It's not. It's wobbling from one side to another, will never survive 6 months with the kids...
