A great resource for understanding nutrition for the whole family.
In an effort to reinforce our family lessons in nutrition, I bought a half dozen books for little kids through teens to read and discuss. This is by far the best of all I found. The nutrition facts are well explained. The science included is sound and accurate. The advice is pitch-perfect. The book is so attractive that our kids of all ages wrangled for position to see it the first time we read it out loud. The adults in my family felt that they learned good things along with the kids. I can't recommend it highly enough.
