Review: I LOVE all three products so much - I am writing a review for the moisturizer, face wash and primer. I have fair, sensitive, dry skin. I have used the Clinique Redness Solutions line for several years to help with redness. I have tried organic lines before and every time I did, the product would make me break out or wouldn't help reduce the redness in my skin. I also experienced consistent dryness. No matter how much of the Clinique lotion (or any lotion for that matter) I would still wake up with dry patches. I used Mac foundation and sometimes Bobby Brown foundation as well. I decided a long time ago that I wanted to move more toward an organic product line, but again, none that I tried worked for my high maintenance skin. I looked on desertcart (and even tried different products on desertcart) but none worked for me. One day when I thought I would give it one more shot, I found the Christina Moss line. I read through the reviews and they were all really positive so I decided to give it a try. I started with the lotion, then bought the toner and face wash as I knew my skin probably needed some time to adjust. The lotion arrived and I used it for about 3 days before adding the face wash and toner into my 2x a day routine. I LOVE all three products so much! The smell of the lotion does not bother me at all as it quickly disappears and smells like other organic products I have used in the past. It moisturizes very well, I have no more dry patches, it doesn't feel greasy and blends well right into my skin and causes NO breakouts or irritation. The toner takes away redness and tightens my skin with no drying whatsoever! The face wash is gentle and again, no drying occurs at all and no irritation. My skin is extremely sensitive so the fact that these work perfectly for me and only have good-for-you ingredients is almost a miracle! Thank you Christina Moss for such a quality product, that helps my skin in so many ways, that I can feel good about putting onto my face, knowing the ingredients are not yucky chemicals, but natural ingredients that are healthy all the way around. **Q: Hi,  I see the 2nd ingredient (after water) is Polyglucose (Decyl Glucoside).  What is that?  Thanks.**
A: Decyl glucoside is a mild non-ionic surfactant used in cosmetic formularies including baby shampoo and in products for individuals with a sensitive skin. Many natural personal care companies use this cleanser because it is plant-derived, biodegradable, and gentle for all hair types.Synthesis[edit]Decyl glucoside is produced by the reaction of glucose from corn starch with the fatty alcohol decanol which is derived from coconut.

**Q: Hi there. I see that this product uses quite a few oils. My understanding is that most oils are pore clogging. How does the wash not make acne worse?**
A: Hi Cody, Thanks very much for posting your question. You are very correct, that most oils are pore clogging when in the form of actual oil. The oils we use in our formula have been saponified (meaning turned into soap), so they are no longer in pore clogging form, if that makes sense. I hope this helps. **Q: Is this soap free facial cleanser?**
A: No. Saponified oils (as is described in the ingredient list) means that the potassium hydroxide (a form of lye) mixed with the oils to make soap. But that's okay. REAL soap is actually very good for your skin. It has glycerin in it which is very moisturizing. Don't fear it. I'm sure this product is wonderful.

I bought Christina Moss Naturals organic face wash around September this year, and I really do love it. My face hasn't cleared up completely, because I suck at washing my face regularly, but I do see a huge improvement. My friends, family, and coworkers have all noticed and have made some kind of comment. I usually break out pretty bad around my period; and depending on if I've been eating like a college kid, I would break out like I was in middle school again. (Those were some dark times). Now my face stays pretty clear with very mild break outs around my period. My skin still sucks though, its acne prone, sensitive, and super dry in some spots. My super dry spots are around my nose, and between my chin and corners of my mouth. It's a little gross, but those areas would get a really tight feeling, and became flaky with dead skin if I didn't exfoliate on the reg. Christina Moss Naturals organic face wash does me right. If I wanted to, I could skip moisturizer and not get the uncomfortably tight feeling or the gross flakes. Seriously, that's kind of amazing for me. So to break it down; I went from having really s***ty skin I was hoping to one day grow out of, to skin that is super easy to manage. If I wore the slightest bit of makeup, you would not be able to tell I have acne. Christina Moss Naturals organic face wash is pretty freaking rad. ALSO!! WHEN THEY SAY A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY, THEY MEAN IT. I bought this in September and I still have enough to get me into next year. The only reason I'm about to repurchase more is because I'm leaving the country for like six months and I'm trying to stock up. *If it makes any difference, I do use a 'silicone facial cleansing pad' along with the face wash. I then follow up with a toner (Thayers Alcohol-free Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera is my favorite) and extra virgin coconut oil as my moisturizer. ** All opinions are my own. I was not bribed in anyway for my review. I just take amazon reviews pretty serious. But if they want to send me a free bottle, I would be so okay with that. $20 for 4oz sounds insane if I didn't actually like this stuff.
