Satisfactory cheaper winter tire. Used on GTI performance hatchback
They have slightly elevated road noise levels, not concerning if the wheel wells are well insulated. They have begun to dry rot on me on the 2nd year/season of usage. I stored them in dry, cool storage unit during the summer months. I'll probably only get 2 seasons out of them. Tire tread is doing well considering my driving habits. Considering the price, these have held up well besides the dry rot kicking in early. Don't run these tires during the spring months if you want longevity, the rubber will become hard and they cause these micro cracks. Theyve held up well in the light winter snow & never hydroplaned with them in the rain.

Great tires
Accelera tires are great bang for your buck. They handle well, and don’t break the bank. I go through a lot of tires (typically Accelera PHI-R), so when I needed a set of winter spares, these were the obvious choice.

Great value snows!!
Haven’t had any snow yet to test the foul weather ability, however ride quality is very good! They are a little noisy, but that’s not uncommon with some aggressive snows. Overall a fantastic value and I would buy these again!

3 peak winter snow tire that saves buckets of money.
Loudest tire I have ever owned. Amazing dry grip, the softer compound of the winter rubber makes this tire stick and feel sure footed in the dry. When the rain comes, it still has a solid grip; albeit maintaining speed in rain takes a noticeable amount of additional throttle to push the water out of the tread. The snow is where this tire should shine and if I had an all wheel drive vehicle still, I would have seen better results. For me, I drive a 2007 VW GLI which is turbocharged and front wheel drive. Last year in the Maine snow I struggled all winter with M+S rated tire. So far this year the tire does fair in snow. THIS TIRE HATES ICE of any sort. Stud it immediately.

Trash tires, don’t waste your time.
These tires are not only ridiculously loud, but they also wear out shockingly fast—even under normal driving conditions. I wasn’t pushing them hard, just regular commuting in a slow, underpowered car, and they were completely bald after just 7,000 miles. They might be cheap, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for. Honestly, these are the kind of tires you put on a car just to say it has new tires before selling it. If you actually plan on driving on them, do yourself a favor and spend a little more on something that lasts.
