I have had a similar experience as a previous buyer of this product. Was charged £562 by the vets which actually made my cat worse, was told to have further investigation which would cost £1,000 +. Thankfully I bought this based on her review and it has worked my cat was not eating or drinking and after giving her this direct in her mouth as described every 15 minutes for first hour, she is actually drinking, I’m so thankful for this and will give her another dose today so hopefully she’ll be eating too.

There simply are not enough praises to encompass how priceless and valuable this product is... I initially bought it for my almost 16 year old cat who has had the upper respiratory virus (feline herpes) since he was a kitten. When he lost his brother (by adoption), who was 6 months his junior to kidney failure, he triggered an episode. I was able to administer this the next day (after he began showing symptoms). Let me tell you, I was amazed when after giving him the acute case dosage, the VERY NEXT DAY his symptoms were almost completely gone and by day three he was fine. He never hit a full blown episode/out break. He tends to have a chronic runny nose, so I dose him once a day or once every other day to keep that under control.We have seven cats right now, and all of them have managed to come down with an upper respiratory infection. We have been treating them with this. Some of them only needed two doses and now are symptom free. I'm not sure what kind of magic is in this bottle or formula; but, I continue to remain thoroughly impressed.In the grand scheme of things, $19 something for a one time purchase, or almost $16 for subscribe and save (which we use and always make sure to have it on hand), is a steal. If you take them to the vet, they will prescribe antibiotics (meant to treat a possible secondary infection (antibiotics can't treat viruses) and it will also stress them out) - especially if they hate taking liquid medicine twice a day for 7-14 days. It will also wreck their little tummies. :(To us it has no smell, since I mostly mix it in with wet food like Friskies soups, they can't seem to tell a difference in taste or smell.I have not noticed any side effects whatsoever, so as far as safety is concerned, there's been no issues (and we've been using this product for a long time now).Bottom line, I would absolutely recommend purchasing this product (I recommend using Subscribe & Save for both the discount and so you always have it on hand). It's worth its weight and more in gold. It's easy to see why it has over 13k reviews, is #3 in cat supplements, and averages 4.2/5 stars on Amazon. This nose-relief product has been very helpful for my cat. It helped reduce her nasal congestion and made it easier for her to breathe. It was also easy to use, and she tolerated it well. I’m very pleased with the results and would recommend it to other cat owners dealing with similar issues.

I get this regularly as both my cats sadly have Calicivirus which is a horrible incurable condition that can lead to death in cats. Thankfully mine are still going strong at age 10 and 11.One of the symptoms they get is blocked noses and sniffles and sneezing. When they get a severe flare up (often in winter) they need to go to the vet. I use these daily. They are tasteless (I presume) as I add the drops to wet food and both my cats eat the food fine.I definitely think this helps them a lot. I’ve been on forums with other owners of Calicivirus cat owners and these are popular.If your cat is having nasal issues please ask your vet to test for Calicivirus as it’s only identified by a specific blood test looking for it. Cats can get colds and cat flu also. But definitely if your cat has ongoing nasal issues please see your vet.

My cat developed alarming respitory allergies* and I got this, some lysine in chx or fish, and I removed a large old jute rug that was shedding a lot. Idk which of these things worked, or maybe all three, but my big boy got about 80% better after a week or so, and has stayed between 80-95% symptom free after the drops were gone (he's still on the lysine and obv the rug is no more). Mentally, I'm convinced these drops helped as they were the first thing I tried, but I can't remember how long the interval was before adding the lysine and axing the rug.*owner-diagnosed; vet gave a "probably" but need further tests etc., this after 4k surgery so I was tapped out.
