The dual-head design is a great idea. One side works like a traditional trimmer, which I use for beard trimming and general grooming. The other side is a precision shaver designed to give a closer, smoother finish after trimming. However, I had an issue with the close-shaving head. Initially, I used it for body grooming, and the upper part of the blade came loose. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice it immediately and ended up getting a bad cut on my finger. After that incident, I stopped using that head for some time. Later, I replaced the precision shaving head, but the replacement was not cheap. The new head is working fine now, but I am much more careful while using it because of my previous experience. This safety concern is the main reason I wouldn’t give this product a perfect rating. Apart from that, the groomer performs well. The traditional trimmer head works reliably, and the precision shaver can provide a smooth finish, although achieving a completely clean shave requires going over the same area multiple times.
