How do these sound for rock n roll/rock rhythm guitar?

Dan,For running a rock band through or use as a guitar amp? Can't say I would recommend using it as a guitar cabinet but it is sensational as a PA main for rock acts. For the money you would be better served getting an amp intended for use with a guitar.

This is pair or is only one ?

Jose, just one. Please let us know if we can assist you with anything

it will be workeon 110 volt or 240 .
