Fast heating, reliable and energy efficient, exactly what we needed
The Havells Carlo instant water heater has been a total game changer for our bathroom. Installation was quick and the vertical mounting is space efficient. It heats 3 litres of water very fast which is enough for a quick morning shower. Being Havells I expected good quality and it definitely delivers. The thermostat maintains temperature well and the safety features give peace of mind. It has been running for over 4 months without a single issue. Power consumption is decent. For a Havells product the price is very reasonable and the quality is exactly what you would expect from this trusted Indian brand. Very happy with this purchase.

I have received this item and installation was done by 3rd party service engineer assigned by Havells. Installation was done and it was working fine until I found the defect that auto power cutoff was not working at all. Whenever the temperature was rising more than set temperature. The reset power was getting cut off which is actually a 2nd level safety feature. And then I had to manually reset for switching on the geyser. I have ordered replacement and this time I have done the installation myself. And this time it is working perfectly as per the designed specifications. I am fully satisfied with the product, and it is recommended for family of 4-5.

In a month itself product was not working . we have raised a warranty clime on havells through Amazon but (since 10days) till now we don't get any call from support team from havells
