Wrong weight measurement
It doesn’t show more than 27kgs on scale. I recently took a flight and my luggage was actually 35kg, but it was showing 27kgs. So I had to face embarrassment and I had to pay at the boarding counter.Pls don’t sell anything which causes difficulties.Regards,Razi

The package was opened / not sealed and the product quality seems to have issues with the switch on/off button

Poor battery life, only good for cabin luggages
After 3 days of use battery drained.Good accuracy for cabin luggages.For checked-in luggages, reading varies due to movement of bag if you lift up with hands.
