Kids Detangler Spray, Purely Fun, 10 oz

I noticed my little one's hair getting more tangled as it grows. Brushing was a hassle for a few short months after she turned 2. So I decided to do a search and I felt this had the best reviews and value. I use it twice a day, in the morning for her bedhead and at night after bath. It smells great. I actually put it in my own spray bottle and mix with water which makes it last way longer. I did this half way thru the bottle as the nozzle on the original bottle would squirt instead of a mist and it drove me crazy. Not sure if it was faulty or the liquid dried up in the nozzle. Regardless, I've purchased 2 more bottles and now I just water it down anyway because it sprays easier and it works just fine. I love this stuff, less fuss and makes brushing her hair so much easier!

I have fine blonde hair and a convertible - so yeah - I get some tangle here and there from the wind. I've been using "it's a 10" for years - but I recently got a bottle that seemed off or just not as effective. Having spent the money on that, I was looking for a cheaper stop-gap. I did some looking around Amazon and this got really nice reviews. If it's detangling kids' hair and they're not screaming about it, it should be fine for me. I agree with everyone the spray nozzle is useless. I also agree with everyone that if you just water it down a little the spray nozzle works. I also agree with others that it lasts a long time. I've been using it pretty regularly and it feels like I haven't used it at all. Probably because it IS so thick. I would recommend this product to anyone, for sure.

Smells great and works well reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because the sprayer sucks

This is a very light scent when it’s wet but after it dies, the scent is a bit stronger. It’s nice so it’s no bother but if you don’t like scents, this might be a little intrusive. We use this as leave in conditioner, it keeps hair soft and reduces frizz and flyaways. It detangles like it’s supposed to. 10/10 recommend

My daughter's hair is rather fine and tangles easily. A few sprays of this in her hair and on her brush and the brush glides through the tangles with almost no pulling. I am sensitive to smells. The product's scent is inoffensive. I wouldn't choose it for the scent alone but it's detangling ability outweighs any issues I might have Edit: We've now been using this spray for several months. I have not had any issues with the sprayer or the thickness of the product. I've included it before and after of one of our worst tangles that we were able to work through with the spray. I have found that using it every time really does keep my daughter's hair easy to brush.

Good product but I do wish it was the same thickness/consistency as the original.

My wife and I have found that this spray does wonders to tame our toddler's wildly curly hair. Especially on those days when she's clearly not feeling our desire to put her hair in pigtails, the Detangler is essential for getting rid of that "I spent all night tossing in bed and now have apocalyptic bed hair" look. We had been using a different product before we discovered the Suave version, and am really glad we did. It works better, smells better (at this point I equate this smell with my daughter and get confused when she smells differently), and is more affordable for a product we need to use almost every day. My daughter even enjoys it enough to ask for the "spritz spritz" even after we've already done her hair.
