Good natural source of vitamine C

Since I don't too many foods high in Vit C, I take these. These are great to absorb non heme Iron, great for your skin and overall health. During the cold seasons, I think these are important to keep you from getting sick. This is the real form of vit C and not that synthetic stuff that you can buy. They are pink in color, really potent easy to swallow and very effective. They also don't have any burp taste to it like some pills might have. I def recommend these, I'm grateful these are available

I've been buying/using this as a vitamin C supplement for years because I believe that food will always be a better choice than isolated nutrients. Of course this is highly processed (far from ideal) but I'm convinced it boosts my immune system. If I feel a bug coming on or a fever blister (herpes simplex) or once a UTI, I take some extra capsules through the day and all of those events are less severe now that I'm doing this than they were for decades prior to using this supp. I like that the Paradise brand is pure extract. The caveats - 1) saw a review where someone noted "discolored" capsules. Yep, sometimes they are tan (had been for years) and then occasionally in the past 6 mo or so they are sometimes pink. My conclusion is that Paradise has more than one source and that in and of itself doesn't concern me as long as their standards remain high. (Which I don't have proof of but believe to be true.) 2) update: they were larger for awhile but as of July 2019 they are back to the smaller capsule / the capsule size in the bottle I just received is bigger than always before. I hesitate to say "a lot" bigger because that's a relative term but I did have to do a bit of "mind over matter" when taking this yesterday because if I start worrying that a pill is too large I inevitably have a bit of trouble swallowing it. These will be ok for me but it does make me wonder why. The label still says no fillers so dunno.

I love Paradise Herbs! I had never heard of Camu Camu, but due to my reaction to ascorbic acid I checked with Chatgpt and found out about this version of Vit C!. Love it!

I've tried many different forms of camu camu....both powder, liquid and a few different brands of capsules. The powder never mixed well with water....and clumped up if it got any moisture in the package.....The liquids were expensive....and other brands didn't seem o work.... Once I tried Paradise Herbs Camu, I quit looking for any other brands to compare it with..... If I take 3 pills with breakfast and 3 more with dinner, I feel my mood is very positive. I can be subject to feeling depressed but with 6 pills per day, I feel good... I don't take vitamin C because I'm very sensitive to C made with corn.....and then there is always the problem of added ingredients. This way I'm getting plenty of vitamin C and I feel it's more naturally accepted by my body. I've probably taken close to 6 bottles of Paradise camu so far....and no other brand comes close to the results. Also,the price is good.
