My kids love this tracker and that's what matters! Bonus for excellent customer service!
We purchased a couple of these for my kids last month after having heard them talk about their friends' fitness trackers, though we definitely didn't want to spend Fitbit-level prices if they ended up wearing them for a week and then magically getting bored with them and forgetting to put them on after that. When I found the BIGGERFIVE Vigor, it really seemed to fit the bill for what we wanted - visually fun for the kids, step counter, heart rate monitor, etc. - and at an absolutely perfect price point. It's worked fantastically at motivating both kids to stay active, even going out for walks in the morning to get a jump on their step count for the day. The mobile app isn't anything flashy, but honestly, it really doesn't need to be and it gives all the info my kids want to see - battery life, daily step count history, etc. Charging is so easy with these trackers that both my kids have no problem with it and have never suffered from an unexpectedly dead battery. Just gets removed from the band (which, admittedly, takes a bit of work to do at first, but gets easier over time and with more practice) and one end of the tracker has a USB plug that can be plugged into any USB port for charging - my kids use the USB port on the backs of their alarm clocks. I can't speak to the battery life because my kids have been so good at keeping them charged up, but IIRC, my son's had gotten down to maybe 20% at one point after 5-6 days of no charge, so that should give you some idea as to the battery life - you should be able to get close to a week's use on a full charge with normal kid-related activity. Now, my son being the daredevil that he is, had a bit of a spill last week and unfortunately scuffed up the display and scraped the plastic edges of the tracker pretty good. He was pretty upset because he loves this tracker, so I thought I'd contact support on the off-chance something like this might be covered under warranty (I work in tech support, so I know certain bits of inflicted damage can be hit or miss when it comes to warranty claims), fully expecting to be told that it wasn't covered and I would just bite the bullet and purchase a new tracker for my son. Imagine my surprise when support got back to me very quickly and asked for some photos of the damage to check, order number from Amazon, etc. - I reiterated to them that I would totally understand if it wasn't eligible for a warranty claim - and they got back to me quickly again asking for my shipping address to send a new tracker. This is the kind of customer support I absolutely love and makes me confident that my decision to get these trackers for my kids was the right one. UPDATE 9/11/21: So last week on my daughter's tracker, the display started glitching out - dim with digital distortion. Powercycled it and it came back briefly, then failed out again. Given my previous interaction with customer support for BiggerFive, I had confidence that we'd be able to get it replaced within warranty. Sent them an email describing the issue, troubleshooting steps taken to resolve, images of the faulty display and also a screencap of the original Amazon order. Within the next day, they let me know that they could have a replacement out ASAP, fulfilled by Amazon. Got the replacement within mere days of my original interaction and my daughter is pleased as punch. Great to see customer service that stands behind their product not just once, but twice with us. My kids appreciate it!

Super product and excellent customer service.
Bought two of these for my boys (6&9) and they LOVE them. They fit well, even on small wrists and are great quality materials. I'm not sure about accuracy of steps or HR but for kids thats not critical. They also love the stopwatch function. We have had the daily steps reset to zero sometimes when charging and I'm not sure what that's about. Also the app doesnt seem to automatically sync you have to go in daily and refresh it. All in all a very good buy for the price. UPDATE: after 6 months one of the straps broke while kids were wrestling. Contacted company and was sent a replacement within days. Great response and watch still works perfectly. Had band issue with 2nd watch and had similar great service. Watches themselves still working great 8mos later worn by active kids!

Perfect choice for casual kid.
My mom has a heart condition that makes her kinda rely on the EKG feature of her apple watch. My son took notice and decided that he should be monitoring his heart and needed a fitness tracker with HRM. After he was really rough with and lost his Garmin KidFit a year ago, I had no interest in spending a fortune. He's not training for a 2nd grader triathlon or anything, we just want to have some data to track when he's being a video game schlub, when he's not getting enough sleep, and so he can check his heart rate to work out his anxiety around a genetic heart condition that he might not even have. He's *that* kid. The Biggerfive Tracker is inexpensive, it comes in a box that makes it seem like you're receiving a very important piece of machinery. The watch band is easy to adjust, and will fit my son for quite some time, and it's comfortable because I've never heard him complain (and that's saying a lot). There are several watch face choices, you can adjust the brightness of the watch face, and you can toggle the feature that wakes up the screen when your arm moves. While playing it's good to shake your wrist and wake up your watch, when sleeping or watching a movie, it's obnoxious and probably reduces battery life. We opt to keep it off, so he just pushes the little button to wake up the watch. As the youngest in the house, I think that he feels empowered to have data about his day to report and compare. This product is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness tracker for my son. Honestly, I have all of the crazy apps and tracker nonsense on my apple watch, and I think that he got the better product. The interface and data on the Biggerfive is straightforward and simple. I don't know how many steps I take in a day - what app do I open? We are very happy with our choice. I would highly recommend this fitness band for any kid, and so would my son.

Eigentlich Prima...ABER

Celle qu'on attendait
Bon rapport qualité-prix.
