This faucet is heavy, sturdy, and beautiful. The only complaint is that it doesn't have removable valve seats. I replaced the soft valve washers with harder flat washers, and the water shut-off is better defined (less spongy). With either washers, water shuts off with very little force on the handles.

This was super easy to install for in our utility sync in our garage. Updated from two separate faucets for hot and cold to this single spout faucet. Very quick install, so far no issues with hot or cold handles closing or moving on their own when the water is running. very happy with this purchase.

Great faucet, will last a long time if I can get people to stop trying to twist the handles off when turning the water off. Perfect fit for my pluming that was installed in 1953, can't vouch for more modern buildings. The high-rise spout makes it so that you can reach easily under as well as over the spout to operate valves.

I installed this faucet 6 yr ago and have had nothing but aggravation with it, there are no stops on the handles, they stop/turn water off at a different point every time you shut the water off ( both hot and cold handles). It has gotten to the point that they do not shut off completely anymore. Only kept this product this long because it is a slop sink that does not get much use. I have been trying for several days now to find replacement parts with no luck. Time to replace it with a different manufacturer's product for sure, very disappointed with this purchase, especially with all the advertising hype telling how good it is.

I replaced the old worn out faucet over my utility sink in the garage with this. It was a perfect fit to the existing hot and cold water piping. I hate plumbing but this was a piece of cake to install.

I needed new and this one was the right size. It works as intended. The finish and quality of this unit is below average. Fortunately this is being used where cosmetics are not important. The blue plastic insert on the cold handle has cracked after about a month of use. Typically I purchase name brand faucets for longevity and the ability to source replacement parts. Hindsight, I would rather have spent 30% more for a brand name that has parts available when needed as I don't expect this one to last. I bought cheap, I got cheap.

So far, so good with this faucet. As others have noted, the faucet closure is rather spongy due to the soft rubber bushings. So there is a range of handle positions where the faucet shuts off - there isn't a hard stop. If running a low volume of water, there is a slight tendency for the valves to self-shut, or reduce flow. I don't see it as a major problem. What can be a problem is the faucet spout self-loosening. There seems to be a fine line for tightening the spout to allow movement, but not loosen the spout from the fixture when it is rotated counter-clockwise. It surprisingly just fell off one time, but was not a catastrophe. But something to look out for. Reviewers that say the unit "leaks" just didn't do a good job of installation, such as cleaning pipe threads, wrapping threads with teflon tape, sufficient torquing of pipe nipples, etc. Leaks come easy for us amateur plumber hacks; it took me a couple times to get it right. But the unit itself is not leaky.

Purchased this faucet for a 1950s rent house that had stabs coming out of the wall on an 8 inch center. This was absolutely perfect looks great and goes really well with the age of the house. The quality is good and I feel like this was one of the best faucets I could’ve purchased for the money.
