I’m lucky as someone who suffers with eczema, it rarely flares and usually calms down with just 1 or 2 applications of a steroid ointment. But this past month I had eczema flaring on both of my hands, back to back, new areas every day and completely not responding to steroids. I’ve used CeraVe daily moisture lotions and the am + pm lotions for years, never even knew this existed, but once I learned about it and got it the eczema almost immediately started getting better! It’s a thicker lotion than what you may be used to but it has worked SO well, during the day I use just tiny little pea sized bits of it over every spot on my hands that so much as looks discolored and at night I apply a generous layer across both of my hands and within a week my hands felt fine…for the first time in a month…so this stuff is staying with me forever, every minor change in color or itch is getting attacked by this stuff before I try something else and I will be sharing this stuff with anyone I can.

Ok folks. I have been dealing with sunburnt combined with dermatitis seborrheic in last four weeks. I have purchased & tried several products most of them dermatitis seborrheic friendly ( Organic Aloe Vera Gel - Seborrheic Dermatitis Cream with Manuka Honey - eczema redness relife - daily facial cleanser for sensetive skins - sunburnt cool down soothing lotion - cortizone - expensive facial cleanser - expensive body lotion, expensive extra rich body hydrator - expensive double duty face moisturizer - expensive sunscreen - active skin repair & even retinol plus my skin care medications ( Ketoconazole shampoo - Ciclopirox Olamine - Benzoyle proxide) but none of the worked well. Although your eczema might get worst from exposure to sunlight or chimicals like cologne ( I have tried to stay all weekend at home but it doesn't help at all. It just got worst) but most of the time it just has ups & downs & it might spreads around the initially affected area on your skin. Someone mentioned that the new formula is not better than old one. It might be correct because I've never tried this product before I just got it few hours ago & it's so effective. Don't worry about the alcohol in inactive ingredients. The cream just burn a little bit at the beginning ( that made me worry for a second ) but then cools off quickly. Based on my research these are main great ingredients in this products: Hyaluronic Acid: maintaining skin hydration Colloidal Oatmeal: locks in moisture Fragrance-free Paraben-free Dye-free You might hear that you need a thicker cream that temporay acts like a second skin (Ignore it) This product is not harsh at all it's pretty safe to use without testing but you know that you can always test it. right!? Always put on your suncreen ( enough sunscreen! ) & If you got sunburnt don't ignore it.

Love the tube. Great thick lotion with a smaller opening so don’t get too much at once.

CeraVe Eczema Relief Cream is perfect for me. I don’t want to use cortisone, and this cream works really well without it. It soothes my skin, keeps it comfortable, and feels safe to use every day. I’m very happy with it.

If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would. Despite the name, not oily at all. A thick cream that absorbs quickly, dries smooth, and eliminates eczema itchiness and dryness, although for extreme eczema outbreaks you may have to apply it a few times. I wish they still consistently carried this larger size, because it seems to be getting hard to find this product at all, let alone in a size that is more for the money.

As someone with eczema, it moisturis alright but not as much as it advertises. It says made with oil and for very dry skin but it dries off almost immediately and it doesn't moisturise as much as I need it to. For people who have normal skin though it'll probably be great.
