En general me parece una buena compra pero hay que darle un tiempo para hacerse al formato. Yo solo la uso para multitarea y se agradece poder tener varias ventanas a la vez. I've had this monitor for about 2 months (purchased on Cyber Monday) and I'm still as in love with it as I was on day 1. I primarily use it for video editing with Adobe Premiere and other Adobe software. Although I often edit 4K content I have no problem with this monitor not actually being 4K. I use this monitor with my MacBook Pro via the USB - C port which is a FANTASTIC feature to have at this price point. Please note that you will have to get the proper USB - C cable if you'd like to do this as well. Fortunately, I already had this cable prior to purchasing. Screen Real Estate - The 21:9 aspect ratio is nothing short of life-changing. It makes multi-tasking of any kind significantly better. When using Adobe Premiere, the very long timeline and space for windows make such a positive impact on your workflow. It has seriously made video editing more enjoyable. Additionally, it's so useful for non-editing purposes like Microsoft applications. In the past, I never used multi-tasking capabilities, but since I received this monitor I always used Safari side-by-side with Word documents or other things. I also often put live TV on one side of the monitor. Color & Brightness - This monitor has seriously accurate colors. It comes with a calibration test that LG performed on it to make sure the colors are accurate. This is SO important for photo and video editors. You need to know what you'll be sharing with clients or on social media, and off-colors could be disastrous. This monitor is also EXTREMELY bright. I often keep it at about 50%, especially towards the later hours. It's fantastic to have such a powerful and bright display, however. Software - The software for this television is pretty impressive! It has a PIP function, but I honestly don't use that. That's because Mac OS already makes it pretty easy to do PIP-like things. The app is super useful for changing the settings of the monitor on the fly, such as the brightness, contrast, profiles, etc. Speakers - Unfortunately, I can't attest to the quality of the built-in speakers because I use a separate surround sound system. The fact that it has speakers is pretty sweet though! The Negative - NONE... seriously though, this monitor has been great! I did originally think that it came with PIP between different inputs and unfortunately, it doesn't have that. CONCLUSION - To conclude, I would highly recommend this monitor because of the positive impact it's made on my workflows and for an exceptional price. No, it's not the best quality screen in the world. However, as someone who nitpicks things like picture quality, I think it's beautiful. I have and will continue to recommend it to friends and co-workers. Lastly, this monitor makes you feel really cool which is really important!

I wish I had bought an ultra wide display many years ago instead of juggling 2 side-by-side. This one is really well made and considering it has the adjustable stand to raise it, the price is very reasonable. Picture quality is great and I cannot think of anything negative. I don't game but use it for programming and having 2+ windows open at the same time makes my job a lot easier. Highly recommended.

Definitivamente es un upgrade que vale la pena. La resolución no es muy grande (2560x1080), el tamaño del monitor vale la pena, ya no me cansa tanto la vista. En cuanto a colores, el negro no es negro (es gris), el blanco hay que calibrarlo (para mi está bien como viene de fábrica). El tamaño real de pantalla es 34" en diagonal (31.5" x 13.2"). Teniendo el monitor centrado, los 2 pixeles laterales de la imagen se pierden debido al FOV, nada molesto a mi parecer. Todos los videojuegos actuales soportan esta resolución y se ven geniales. Los videojuegos antiguos necesitan modificaciones para poder correrlos (no todos los que tengo soportan esta resolución y algunos definitivamente no abren). Viene disco de instalación con un programa que permite arrastrar las ventanas para organizarlas mejor en esta resolución, súper recomendable (1 ventana: fullscreen; 2 ventanas cómo mitad izquierda/mitad derecha; 3 ventanas como una en 3/4 partes y las otras 2 como mitad superior y mitad inferior... etc.) Tiempo de respuesta muy bueno. La base no requiere tornillos para instalar, los que trae son para instalarlos en algún soporte de pared (no incluido). Además, la base permite subir/bajar el monitor muy fácilmente (cómo 20cm de altura entre la parte mínima y máxima), y permite reclinar el monitor (till screen) desde -5º a 20º. La fuente de poder del monitor no está integrada al monitor, viene con un tabique externo con su power cord (nada molesto para mi aunque hubiera preferido que viniera sólo el cable para conectarlo al monitor) Sobre LG, no te permite registrar este monitor en México, el modelo que recibí ni siquiera está en su catálogo MX, tuve que registrarlo usando otro módelo (y mi serial code).

I specifically chose this monitor because of the price and the USB-C input. As many have said the quality of the screen is very good. Keep in mind that this is not the highest resolution option but at this price point, it is a great option. I consider this a value buy for the quality and for the Free sync technology if you have a AMD Radeon video card as well as the fact that unlike most monitors it has the USB-C with DP Alt mode. To use USB-C, you MUST buy the proper USB-C cable which has the latest bandwith (10 Gbs). The extra real estate for timeline in editing is quite handy and the extra space on the side for your pallet and tools is great as well. The very pleasant surprise - Before I bought, I had read people commenting on how the speakers were pretty good but I do not buy monitors and really consider the built in speaker but I must say that I was absolutely shocked at the very decent sound of the built in speaker. This was another big win for me for my Macbook Pro as again this removed additional clutter on the desk and less cables. This speaker will not blow your mind but it is more than sufficient for most things. Usually built in monitor speakers are crap so this was a nice bonus. The software - there is some really cool software that is included that allows for PIP and split screen. Simple to use and not one of those installs that you play with once and never use again. This is genuinely a very utilitarian addition that is done well. Conclusion - Listen guys/gals, this monitor is not exactly the highest quality screen you can get because the resolution is only 2560 x 1080, the refresh rate is respectable at 75hz, BUT bang for the buck, I just do not think there is a better value buy than this as of this writing for under $280. I am very happy with this buy I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
