Top quality and well researched supplement
Dr. Mercola supplements are always well researched. They use quality ingredients. Liposomal Vitamin D is easy to swallow (small capsules) and easy on the stomach. I have used many of his other supplements. A little more pricey than some other brands but well worth it.

HOPING FOR BETTER VITAMIN D LEVELS!
I am not at all offended by the small size of the capsules or by the color of the contents of the capsules. The contents appeared as a dark amber gel! (I squeezed the gel out of one capsule and tasted it. Not bad! Good things can come in small packages, so I am hoping the vitamin D 3 pills will be efficacious!! I counted the number of capsules and there were 30 … as advertised! I have not tried this product for long and have not tested my vitamin D levels. But the contents seem to agree with me! No upset stomach and …. NOTHING SINISTER THAT I CAN FIND!! : )

Dr Mercola Liposomal Vitamin D improved my life!
I am on my 3rd bottle of the Liposomal Vitamin D. I have to take 5,000 IU Vitamin D daily to combat my systemic nickel allergy. In the spring my friend did a body scan on me that she created to determine what's going on with me. She noticed that even though I was taking 5000 IU of Vitamin D daily that my levels were low. She said that I wasn't absorbing the vitamin D. She suggested that I switch to Liposomal Vitamin D to see if I noticed a difference. I found this product and she suggested that I try it. It took maybe 1-2 weeks, but I noticed a difference. I felt a lot better. Between taking this, New Rhythm Probiotics, and Wholesome Wellness Liposomal Vitamin C for my allergy I feel so much better. My quality of life is so much better. I'm not exhausted with no motivation all day.
