Where is the knife made?

There's no info indicating where the clever was made (neither on box or on the knife). Sorry for that.

Has anyone found a sheath for this? I am looking for one to keep it in a drawer.

Make your own using a hot or cool temp Glue gun, design it ... make it as thick, thin, wide, as you want! You can also make one with sculpy molding clay purchased at a craft store on Amazon and mold one. Check a little first if you need to use a bit of oil so your product does NOT stick to the knife while hardening its form. Good Luck! :0)

Can I chop a whole chicken in quarters? And through bones?

Yes - that is what I have been using it for. It cuts through chicken bones with no problem - nice and easy. I haven't tried it on other bones yet.

Is this dishwasher safe?

Not recommended for the dishwasher as handle can get banged up or warped.
