Can this be used for surrounds ? Do you have to buy 2 kits ?

The WSK-100 is only meant for Subwoofers since it only has an RCA mono input/output but the WRSK-250 can be used for either a 2.1 set up or rear surround set up.

Can you connect connect multiple subwoofer with additional receivers?

Yes, you can connect multiple recievers to the WSK-100 or WRSK-250 for multiple sub woofers and multiple speakers/sub with the WRSK-250.

Can you 'mix' a Front speaker and a rear surround sound speaker with this device?
