A: I have a 2001 Toyota Sequoia 4wd and I can confirm that it fits that. Not sure about your Nissan Titan. Does it confirm it will fit when you add your car to the part fit check on Amazon?

**Q: Is MMTS-Y61-97 compatible with Nissan patrol 1999 tb45 engine ?**
A: I just installed it in a Patrol 2004 with engine tb48de. If they (tb45 and tb48) share the same part for the thermostat, it should fit.

**Q: Nissan patrol but, which engine?**
A: This thermostat was designed to fit the Y61 chassis, specifically the inline six-cylinder, gasoline engines.
