This is a perfect chair if you care about back health or have any back issues, while still having the luxurious style and size of a gaming chair. It is substantially firm, and very supportive to your posture. You will not sink into this chair if that’s what you are looking for, and it will not hug you like a racer style chair. It promotes a healthy spine position, and doesn’t force your shoulders to roll forward like other gaming chairs. This is a must have if you are a health conscious professional or gamer (or both) who spends many hours sitting at the computer.

Awesome chair for tall people. I am 190cm and 105kg and have been using my Hero series for a month and I think it worth every dollar.

This is my 2nd noblechair Hero. I can strongly recommend them. Large, Comfortable, and very Ergo friendly. For setting up I would recommend getting a friend to help but I managed to do it by myself.

I'm about 6'7" or 6'8" with a lot of my height being in my legs. I weight 240 lbs, fairly low fat, semi muscular. I want to mention that up front, as that information is important to understanding my experience with this chair. The chair is pretty easy to put together and in general the QA seems to be pretty good. I'm not sure if I got lucky, but if you've read past reviews of noble chairs products, there has been some inconsistency around badging. I don't know if their processes have improved, but my chair showed up without any noticeable flaws. Its not what I'd qualify as "beautifully crafted" but it doesn't look like garbage either. The bolts aligned well, nothing weird, and the casters are quite good and roll easily. Now in terms of comfort. Surprisingly, the backrest is plenty tall for me, and in fact the included pillow is very comfortable even at my height (i'm not pushing it over the top). I was afraid I would be at the end of the height range for the back, but there is plenty of room. Now, people have complained that the chair is too hard - I have not found it to be even close to too hard (my butt is rock hard and not particularly small - your mileage may vary). The lumbar support is quite comfortable as well. The arm rests are well positioned and adjustable in 4 directions. The seat height adjustment goes too high even for me at its highest point. The lowest point should support someone smaller - my guess would be someone around 5'10 to 6 ft. I should mention that the chair I'm replacing is an Ikea Markus. I had the chair for about 7 years - it held up for a good while but its pretty trashed at this point. The chair fit me fairly well, except the seating area was too narrow with the arm rests attached, so I did not use them. Now - I've given the product 4 stars simply because of the return policy and how NobleChairs works. If you buy this product, you are taking a risk in that it will likely be expensive and painful to return this product if you do not like it. This is probably standard for "gaming chairs", or perhaps not, but in any case take into account that you are buying a product that costs over $400 with no possible way to try without buying unless you are in Berlin or happen to catch them at an event of some kind. As far as durability, I've only had the product for a few days. I'll update with good or bad news. Update: July 2019. Chair is great. It does soften up a bit. I can sit in this chair all day and be comfortable and supported. Zero durability issues. Updating to 5 stars despite draconian return policy.

10/5/2020: Seem like the chair has quickly developed an issue with the backrest. When sitting down and resting my back, the backrest now travels back by about an inch when applying any pressure. It gives a very annoying feeling like you are about to fall backward when first sitting properly and anytime you make any movement afterward. As this is a defect, I have reached out to Noblechairs to see what can be done. The rating has been adjusted until this can be sorted out. Original Review: The quality of this office/gaming chair is better than I expected; the materials used and overall fit are excellent. It took about 20 minutes to assemble the chair, the back support and lumbar adjustment are easy to use and found very useful and, after a week of use I can already feel some tension points I had from using my previous ergonomic office chair been relieved. This chair is firm but when adjusted correctly it does feel comfortable for many hours of daily use and will likely be useful for many years. If you are a tall person this chair will definitely fits you well as it is pretty large and very tall, you won't feel cramped and you will get proper back support. At the time of this review, I have used this chair for about a week, 10-12h a day. I will update this review if I find anything that change my rating.
