Amazingly good..
I loved the taste.. I purchased oyster sauce after buying dark soya sauce of Lee kum. Their products are amazing including this oyster sauce. You tasye liquid mushroom. Good to add in stir fry.

Best For Authentic Chinese Cuisine
This is only for those who enjoy oyster sauce and this is the vegetarian version. The taste is strong and mild sweet, here shiitake mushroom is used to replace the oyster and give strong flavor. The soy sauce is thick, so just half spoon will make the whole white noodles dark and tasty. Dont use for Indian food, totally does not work dont spoil your dish.....only for Chinese cuisine and best for noodles.

It is an excellent vegetarian version of oyster sauce. The flavour, aroma, colour, the texture.. everything is amazing. Usually i m disappointed with the fancy sauces and i tend to stick to the usual ones but this one has surely become one of my favourites. Will definitely order again.
