Mirai's "less is more" philosophy to skin health is evident in this product. Unless you've been rolling in mud all day, you just need to apply it to areas with sweat/odor glands--such as under the arms, behind the ears, groin area, and feet. Rinse the rest of your body with water. That's it. Overwashing--that is, lathering your entire body--removes your natural skin oils and can result in dry skin. By using this product in the selected ares mentioned, you will experience not only an exhiliarating sense of clean, but your skin will be all the more healthy for it. Therefore, used once a day, the bottle should last a month or even longer.
