Stopped working
This product is honestly a complete disappointment. I bought it expecting good quality and durability, but after less than a year of normal and careful use, it suddenly stopped working completely. It doesn’t respond at all anymore.It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on a product that barely lasts a year, especially when it has been used carefully and properly. I expected much better quality and reliability.Definitely NOT worth the money. If you’re looking for something durable, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product. Don’t waste your money on something that may stop working after such a short time.

Great for neck, back and legs
My wife use this massager every week to relieve tension in her neck, back and everywhere and she always feels great after a massage session. Heating is really nice and the massage is strong and very effective. Highly recommended.The only downside is when I use it (I'm 6'2, over 275lbs), it's confortable but I feel the motor is stuggling when I lean a little bit too much on it. I need to keep strait on the chair to get the best results.
