Just received it today and it’s amazing!! I suffer from chronic neck pain and my shoulders don’t relax even in my sleep. I’m not allowed to place anything directly on my neck. So this thing now lives on my shoulder part of the trapezius muscle only. I read a lot of reviews here. Some say the heat doesn’t work. It does. But it took a little bit of time before it got very warm. Some say it hurts the skin - it probably does, but that’s why the instructions say that you shouldn’t use it on a bare skin. So as long as you have some t-shirt underneath, it doesn’t hurt and doesn’t burn. Some say that it’s only good for the neck and doesn’t massage the shoulders or the back. Somehow I managed to place it on my shoulders and it works like a charm 😂. It can be shifted a little higher, lower, or literally wherever you need it to be. The instructions also show that you can place it on the stomach - this one I wouldn’t try - pretty sure this would be too intense 😂. Not sure if it’s going to last long - some reviews mention that it breaks after a year. For this price point, even if it works for 6 months and then I’d need to get a new one, I would be totally okay with it. It’s still worth every penny.

I’m extremely shocked by how good this tool. It’s very human-like, and the heat option makes it 10/10. Good price for good work. The best thing is that it works for the entire body. Though some may not like the fact thay you need to hold the device, but personally I don’t mind.

This product is honestly a complete disappointment. I bought it expecting good quality and durability, but after less than a year of normal and careful use, it suddenly stopped working completely. It doesn’t respond at all anymore. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on a product that barely lasts a year, especially when it has been used carefully and properly. I expected much better quality and reliability. Definitely NOT worth the money. If you’re looking for something durable, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product. Don’t waste your money on something that may stop working after such a short time.

Używam przez cienki polar lub ręcznik ze wzgl. higienicznych, więc nie jest za intensywny, same stopnie intensywności niewiele się od siebie różnią; Grzeje odczuwalnie i przyjemnie. Masager jest spory (problem z przechowywaniem) poza tym przydałyby się trochę dłuższe paski (np. podczas masażu karku trudny dostęp do przycisków) i dlatego odejmuję gwiazdkę. Jestem zadowolona z zakupu.

I am a fully qualified massage therapist and I suffer badly with a stiff neck and headaches.. I have used many electrical massagers but never did they feel any thing like hands but blimey this is AMAZING,this has been made with great thought and does it work or what?you bet..First,it gives a very deep massage, kneading those very areas that can't be difficult..Gets to the root at your skull base and eases.the neck completely...The heat is not too hot but lovely and warm and that just increases the blood supply and relaxes you more..You have three levels of speed and also does forward movement and reverse,you can choose or leave it and it will forward and reverse it's self,it cuts off it's self if left on.I am totally amazed with this brilliant massager and now I get a proper relaxing massage.Can be used elsewhere on your body.I used this on my left side (bowel area) as I suffer with i.b.s and this really helped to sooth that area and helped with trapped wind.This gives a deep massage so may not suit everyone but if you feel it is too hard then you could put a towel on your neck.I would not recommend on bare skin as with the heat and the deep rotation it could make your skin sore.It takes time to get used to the feeling of this massager,i felt it as a deep massage should be but this may not suit everbody, for me it's PERFECT,I could not be without this now..Please note...When you have finished your massage,a drink of plain water should be taken,this helps the lactic acid/urea (released due to massage) pass out through passing the urine so its very important to have water afterwards..PLEASE NOTE,IT COMES WITH A TWO PIN PLUG!! So you need to buy a adapter(two PIN plugs into a three PIN adaptor)They are very cheap..
