NatureWise Total Colon Care Fiber Cleanse

I integrated this herbal blend into my daily routine for digestive health and bloating relief, and it has been incredibly gentle. The capsules are standard size, smooth, and very easy to swallow with water. After taking them consistently for a couple of weeks, I've noticed a great improvement in regular digestion without any of the sudden discomfort or harsh cramping that other cleanses cause. It works consistently.

Sadly, I have to take something 2–4 times a week to stay regular, and after trying other brands, this is the one that consistently works for me. I recommend starting with ONE capsule at night to see how your body reacts. They’re easy to take, great quality, and overall very effective. I do occasionally get mild cramps, but not often — honestly, I think that’s just me aging. What I really appreciate is that this blend is natural and doesn’t contain any toxic ingredients. This is one item I make sure I never run out of.

The stuff works really well however I personally do get some stomach cramps the next day as my stomach clears out. It does have two ingredients that act as laxatives, natural laxatives yes but it's important to be careful because this can trigger your nervous system to not communicate from your intestines to your brain properly so only use as needed.

These work really well. When I first started taking them it caused some SERIOUSLY MISERABLE cramping (I'm one of those people who passes out from cramps and I'm pretty sure I was very close a few times) but I've been using it for about 8 months now (no idea if I should really be taking this longer term to be honest), and the excruciating cramping has gone away. (Honestly if it wasn't for the weight loss I immediately saw I wouldn't have stuck with these.) I still have occasional mild cramping. I've never been "regular" and this gives me that. The first week I'm pretty sure I cleared out my mother's breast milk and I'm over 40!!! It's insane how much better I feel though. I tried another kind after about 1 month on these and it was much more gentle but I didn't feel quite as regular and just didn't feel as good, so I came back to these. Another down side not only does it clear me out, I'm pretty sure I clear the bathroom out with people covering their nose when in a public space (so that's pretty uncomfortable because that wasn't the norm before taking this). I lost 10lbs within about a month and a half and have kept it off without doing anything else. Giving it 4 star because of the serious cramping. I would not take this and head right into work or sitting on an airplane without knowing how this will affect you!

I am diagnosed with IBS and I use these pills daily to keep everything moving. Works well but stay at home and close to the bathroom the first few times you use them to make sure that you don’t have a problem as these are very effective!

it does what it’s supposed to do. Which is clean you out. If you’re feeling super bloated I would just take one the night before maybe around 7 PM and then it will hit you around 10 AM the next morning. ONLY TAKE ONE. I only took one because the review said that would give you insane cramps and I will say I cannot imagine what would happen if I took two. lol. stay hydrated!!!

Y'all... I don't know what is in these that makes them work THIS well but good lord. I have chronic constipation and if I take Just one of these at night, the next day I'm running to the bathroom at least 5 times. Do NOT take 2, I'm scared to even know what happens with 2!! My coworker recommended these to me because they worked so well for her and she was not lying. I tend to only take them every other day or as needed. I don't get any severe cramping or anything like that, just more of an urgent need to go. So if you have any of the same issues, these are worth having on hand. I also think these would be great to travel with seeing as many of us tend to have a non movement issue while on vacation!

Well it worked. I get constipation from my current medical problems and daily medications. This definitely made me poop. But I’ll tell ya what, I have NEVER in my 32 years on this earth, been in the amount of pain I was in. I could imagine that’s what active labor feels like. I was up from 11pm-4am fighting for my life. Every 3 minutes my stomach was so hard and it was so painful I couldn’t speak and almost passed out. I almost called an ambulance. I didn’t even poop until the next morning? Idk man, use with caution.

I HAD PURCHASED THIS FOR THE FOURTH TIME AND I MUST SAY THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT GOOD FOR CLEANSING YOUR BODY IF YOUR TRYING TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT . I USUALLY EAT ONCE A DAY AT LUNCH TIME AND TAKING THIS TABLET AFTER ONE HOUR FINISHING MY MEAL (ONE TABLET A DAY) I NEVER FELT BLOATED WHICH IS A GOOD FEELING WHILE USING THIS . IT ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL THAT MY STOMACH IS CLEAN EVEN IT CONTAIN LAXATIVE THIS IS NOT GIVING U CRAMPING ON STOMACH. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
