What is the preferred chain to use with this cassette?

HI..This cassette is a 11 speed cassette. so I use an Ultegra 10/11 speed chain. There may also be a 105 chain that will work on this cassette.

Is the 11/30 cassette compatible with rear derailer ultegra di2 6770

This is an 11-speed cassette. My understanding is that the Ultegra di2 6770 was 10-speed.

11 speed only means 11 pieces of the gears/cogs, teeth among can be vary, that depends on how your rear derailleur can work on and how you like it.

Can i use this (11/30) with my sram force wifli groupset?

Not entirely sure but I would guess no since one is Shimano and one is SRAM. Sorry.
