Very strong and firm holding up very nice. Been using it for a month allow me to add extra weight on to my daily exercise routine!

Great chep belt to extend your limits
If you need some more weight for your pull ups or parallel bars exercises this one is for you. I have reached my limit in those exercises and needed something to bring some weight so I chose this product because it was cheap and got great reviews, I just want to clarify some things I have read during research: Sharpness- No, THIS PRODUCT HAVEN'T CUT ME AT ALL AND HAS NO SHARP EDGES, you just need to know how to connect it to your hip and stand up without it touching, I am no expert but I am sure you will find the way. Hip size compatibility- YES, NARROW HIPS CAN BE A CHALLENGE, however, once you put enough weight and start with the exercise, gravity will lock the belt to your hip without any problem. Durability and Usefulness- OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT BELT: even though it is cheap and could be more comfortable I have managed to use it for 70 lbs without any problem at all. I love this belt, don't listen to the bad reviews. i REALLY LIKE THE CASE came with it, it is super useful! I put my gloves in it and head straight to the gym
