This pan is awesome! Have used it for sandwiches, meats and vegetables and everything comes out delicious. You use lower heat and don't have to use much oil. It's a win, win.

Great grill marks and easy to clean. We have an electric stove so I do not use cast iron.

Cooking Pleasures 11 inch Ceramic Grill PanI have been cooking with this pan for a month now and I really enjoy the way it browns and marks steaks and burgers it cooks evenly and cleans up well and is non stick so no cooking spray needed . only one negative I live in an apartment so not much storage the pan is a great size but the handle is to long to store properly in a small kitchen . but over all a very good grill pan so I would recommend it .

I have a ceramic cooktop so those reversible griddle/grills wasn't an option for me. I bought this as an option to cook chicken and burgers when I can't grill outside. Nice non-stick coating and easy to clean. Like it so far.

Amazing pan . . Heats evenly and nothing sticks to it! . . Definitely a great value!

I received a free sample of this pan to test for my review. Since my husband was diagnosed wit Parkinson's, I have become more sensitive to even small risks of chemicals. Ceramic is even easier to clean than Teflon, and it doesn't carry the risk. This pan heats evenly, and the griddle keeps the meat a bit above the grease, giving it a nice grilled effect. Unlike my George Foreman grill, I don't have to worry about plugging it in.
