Bought these because I couldn't get hold of any Gillette Blue 3s. These are of a similar price and offer just as good a shave. Highly recommended. The only negatives for these are that they don't seem to offer the blades on their own. And that, coming from using such a slim razor handle in the Gillette Blue 3, the handle on the Flex 3 Hybrid feels a little chunky.
