Well worth the price! The controls are easy and user friendly. It fits perfectly in a shirt pocket and has a lot of storage. I have gone 4 days without charging, very good battery life. The only drawback is the Bluetooth sometimes will disconnect and act up.

I purchased this for our grandson. It's been working until yesterday, 3/20/23. He called to say its no longer working. He can't get it to shut off. One of the buttons doesn't work.

Words cannot describe how frustrating it was to use this MP3 player for one workout. First, there's not much volume. You can set a max volume, but that is low. It is 31. However, there is little noticeable from 20 thru 31. Second, it is not user friendly at all. I set the display to go black at 30 seconds, thinking that would help battery life. Common sense would be that you touch any button, or at least a specific button, and it will come back on to the same screen it was on. NOPE! First you ave to hit the power button, then it wakwes to the time/date screensaver. Then, it is usually in lock mode when it comes back, so you have to hold the menu button. Then, when it came back on, it was in one of the menus. So, I reset it to leave the screen on all the time. Once, I hit the forward button to advance to the next song, I saw BYE on the screen and it turned off. Mind you, all this crap is happening while I'm working out, so I am distracted to have to screw with the MP3 player. As soon as I got of the elliptical, I formatted it to delete all data, and it was returned the next day. I never tried any other features, like the radio, as the MP3 player was all I needed it for. It does not have a customizable equalizer, just some generic settings like "ROCK", "CLASSICAL", HIP HOP", etc., so if you don't like one of those, too bad. I do not recommend this if you are using it for working out. It's simply too frustrating.

I'm really relieved with the fact that I was actually able to find a product that could support bluetooth with songs from iTunes. sound quality wise, u can find lots of things with great sound quality, but I can barely find something nowadays that lets me download music from iTunes, and not another company like Samsung, because I don't have anything Samsung product; just apple products to download from. the only problem with the bluetooth is that once it's turned on, I can't actually click on a specific song, or else it says "bluetooth not supported with apple songs," or whatever, but I can have the song already set, and THEN turn on bluetooth to be able to listen to it with bluetooth, which turning the bluetooth on and off to get to the song I want usually is like a 30sec process, so I just keep it on shuffle. overall, I love this product, and I recommend it to other people who are having problems with bluetooth with other iPod or MP3 products😁

This device is a good value, but a little lacking on user-friendliness. The controls are a little cumbersome, you have to manually turn on blue tooth every time you use it, and other similar annoyances. Otherwise, it is decent. I also purchased a micro SD card for extra storage and I can fit a ton of music on it now. I would call this a 3.5/5

Great battery life on his mp3 player. The sound quality is fine. I've only tried a couple over the last 20 years that had poor sound quality so that's not a major point for me. The menus on most of these cheaper units aren't the easiest to navigate, at least in terms of music organization. It is easy to adjust volume, pause, power on/off. The unit is pretty solid overall for the price!

I initially loved this mp3 player. Price was great. Sounded great for the price. I have other higher priced ruizu music players and other brands as well. I keep the higher priced devices at home. I wanted this one for use while jogging and on golf course. This ruizu d19 was great at first. Sounded good and perfect size. Then the screen went blank. I could not power it on no matter what I tried. I reached out to customer service. I explained the situation they suggested some methods to power the unit on. It did not work. Even though my warranty period was over they sent me a new device. I was very pleased and surprised that they did so. However after a week, the new device did the same thing. It froze up and could not be powered on. I reached out to customer service again. They said that there was nothing they could do. I was happy that they tried to resolve the situation the first time but unhappy that they would not do so the second time. It is too bad because I really liked this music player. I must have been unlucky and gotten two bad or defective devices.

Absolute banger 🔥 🙌 , a great device, i have been using it since last month, works fine good battery life and is GOOD IF U WANT TO LISTEN MUSIC IN SCHOOL LIKE MEE, just remember to use the cable given by the company, IT only works with it if you want to transfer files, also bluetooth connection is also good with good sound quality

First PEEJEE OVERSEAS sent me a wrong item. A very cheap one but with the original bill of 6400Rs. After exchange I got a cheaper D25 instead of D19. I decided to keep it. Big mistake. This Player has no WIFI, The Bluetooth is not connecting (i know how to use Bluetooth). Impossible to copy music through the wire given, the device is not recognized by a the computer, and I tried 3 different ones.. If you put a memory card, you don't know how you can copy in the LIB files provided. It is totally unclear. The video formats must be specific. So you cannot watch a video without reformatting it at the only format accepted by he device. So thank you PEEJEE OVERSEAS to provide this marvelous MP3 Player that is totally useless. I whole heartily discourage to buy a product like this except if you want to loose your money.
