It does say that it was not tested on animals! ~Carol **Q: is this as thick as the bigelow my favorite night balm?** A: I'm not sure because I've never tried C.O. Bigelow My Favorite Night Balm. I do have to say on this that it is not a balm it is a lip gloss, there is a difference between balms and glosses. As far as lip glosses though it is a pretty thick lip gloss and lip glosses still tend moisturize but not as much as probably balms do. And it does have peppermint oil in it so it is minty and it has color and shimmer in it which also would make it different from My Favorite Night Balm.
