Great customer support!
The ink arrived quickly and was packaged very well. I’ve used these cartridges before with zero issues, and I’ve always appreciated the clear instructions and easy installation. This time, however, the Magenta cartridge wasn’t working properly, so I contacted customer support. After spending nearly 30 minutes troubleshooting on my own, I was able to explain the issue to support in just 3–5 minutes and had a replacement kit on the way. Mistakes can happen, but what really impressed me was how quickly and easily the company made it right. This is what I call customer obsession. Excellent product and, more importantly, excellent customer service!

Didn't work, they were identified as non-compatible non-original
I have purchased them before and they worked well. I was so happy with them that I purchased another box a couple of months ago to have on hand when needed. I just went to use them on the weekend and the new box of cartridges is not recognised by my HP printer. What has changed?? What can I do? I have googled and tried all the tricks, but my printer still doesn't recognise the chips.

They will fix the problem if you have a problem
I have a great story customer service story to relate. I have purchased this product twice and it has helped me beat the HP extortion prices for their ink. This morning I woke up and my printer would not work--the screen saying the ink cartridges were not HP OEM--HP shutdown my printer and therefore my business on a Saturday. Somehow I got a HP update--I avoid them like the plague--knowing the update would spot the non-compliant ink. I called the assistance phone number for Smart Ink. Ben told me that HP had done a global forced update (how dare they!) the night before. He emailed me a link to fix the problem--It worked! Ben also said that if the link did not work he would rush mail me a full set of new cartridges. WOW! what a great service!!!! BWT, the ink seems to be the same quality as the HP OEM ink for a fraction of the price. Win-Win for me.

Smart très respectueux de la garantie promise et très rapide et courtois pour le service.
Mon Imprimante HP détectait que la 1ère série de cartouches 902XL reçues de Smart ne consistait pas en de cartouches d'origine HP et les refusait. Dès que j'ai contacté Smart, ceux-ci m'ont proposé 2 alternatives: Soit la 1ère: Que j'utilise une procédure pour enlever le Update de mise à jour automatique de HP sur mon imprimante ou la 2ème: Qu'ils m'expédient une nouvelle série de cartouches ayant déjà eux-mêmes fait la mise à jour. J'ai opté pour la 2ème proposition. Sur réception de la 2ème série de cartouches tout a bien fonctionné et mon imprimante a bien fonctionné, m'avisant que ce n'étaient pas des cartouches HP d'origine mais acceptait quand même de les utiliser. Quant à la 1ème série reçue, même en ayant fait la procédure reçue sur mon imprimante pour désactiver les mises à jour automatiques de celle-ci par HP, les cartouches de la 1ère série étaient toujours détectée non d'origine et refusées par mon imprimante. Merci Smart d'avoir respecté votre garantie de qualité et de m'avoir remplacé ma première série de cartouches reçues par une nouvelle série de cartouches qui fonctionnent très bien . Je recommande SMART à tous et je recommanderai de nouveau de leurs produits au besoin.
