I would never touch them, until a night out when I was in my mid-30s, and I decided to try one. Delicious. I've been happily eating them ever since (which is quite a few more years!). These Perello olives have a fresh, clean taste, with just a hint of warmth from the mild chillis in the brine. They are big, absolutely delicious, and good value compared to shop-bought flavourless ones. One tin is about right for a snack for 1 or 2 people, with about 15 olives in it. So the others remain fresh until you want them, basically.
